Due to the nature of consignment, all sales are considered final at Changing Tides. 

Extraordinary Circumstances
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if you feel your order was misrepresented online. All return requests must be made within 3 days of receiving your order and include photos. You will be responsible for all return shipping costs. If your return request is approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method once the item is received at our store and inspected.
